Service Technicians

As we continue to grow, we are excited to add new Service Technicians to our dynamic team. Applicants must have a valid NYS Inspectors' License, a NYS Driver's License, and their own tools. In this crucial role, you won’t simply repair and maintain vehicles, you will ensure the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Whether carrying out basic servicing or tackling complex diagnostic challenges, your expertise will be vital in maintaining the trust that our customers place in us. The successful candidates will be driven by a passion for automobiles, possess detailed technical skills, and show a steadfast commitment to superior customer service.Benefits for Service Technicians:

Experience and Skills Required:
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Active NYS Inspector's License
- Minimum of one-year professional experience as an Automotive Technician
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- Own tools are necessary for this position
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- Efficiently diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete repairs promptly while ensuring high craftsmanship.
- Document all service work accurately.
- Engage with customers to explain issues and solutions regarding their vehicles.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies through continual training.

Accounting Office Personnel
Romano Mazda is seeking Part-Time Accounting Office Personnel. Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Prior experience in automotive accounting, cashiering, and/or accounts payable is preferred, but we are willing to train from the ground up. This is a part-time position, with pay starting at $25,600 per year.Some basic responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
