Hi, I’m Steven Abdel Aziz, General Manager of Romano Mazda.
I’ve been with the Romano family since 1997, and after nearly 30 years in the automotive business, what I enjoy most is still the people. I’ve had the opportunity to meet thousands of customers, work alongside some incredible employees, and build relationships that have lasted for many years.
I’ve been General Manager of Romano Mazda since 2010. My philosophy has always been simple. Treat people with respect, listen to them, be honest, and take care of them. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and I want every customer who walks through our doors to feel comfortable and know that our team is here to help.
One of the things I’m most proud of is seeing customers come back to us over the years. Some have purchased several vehicles from us, referred their friends and family, and even brought their children in when it was time for their first vehicle. To me, that’s what this business is all about.
I’m also very proud of our Romano Mazda team. Many of us have worked together for years, and we truly care about the people we serve and the community we call home.
