When does the 12-month/12,000-mile CPO warranty start?
It begins when the original 3-year/36,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty expires. If the factory warranty has already expired at the time of purchase, the 12-month/12,000-mile coverage begins on the Certified Pre-Owned purchase date.
Is the 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty from my purchase date?
No. It is measured from the vehicle's original in-service date, when it was first sold or leased new. A certified vehicle that is three years old, for example, has roughly four years of powertrain coverage remaining, or until it reaches 100,000 total miles, whichever comes first.
Is there a deductible on covered repairs?
No. Both the Limited Vehicle Warranty and the Limited Powertrain Warranty carry a $0 deductible on covered repairs performed at an authorized Mazda dealer.
Can I see the inspection report for a specific vehicle?
